Yonder on the valleys,
There stands a tow'r,
It breaks the birds and their
world,
And lo! Below the tow'r
lies the forest,
The devil's garden,
The green death,
All hath been said but no mortal
passes,
For only there hath been a
greater crossing than this,
Of yonder Moses and the red sea,
Deep within the forest,
Home to the greatest beast,
Fangs that level mountains and break waves
O fangs! tear the lifeblood of the mortal,
For they have tread unaware,
In the sleeping forest....
