Ah hear the voice,
The voice of love,
Struggling free in this broken world,
Hark! for the greens and soil have been torn asunder by
Footsteps of human's evil,
Listen! The voice of the Lord cries out!
The awesome but tender voice of love,
Take the match of love's light,
And ignite the desire to care and to see,
The daily bread of people forgotten,
The absence of warmth in the Artic of man,
The shadow of man's light,
For ours is the duty and watchword,
To love and be the salt of the earth,
Though pens and swords shall come,
The Lord is our shield, our strength,
So thereforth go!
Go and spread the power of love to the unloved,
The care for the abused,
And keep watch that thy household shall not falter within.
